And the Year Winds to a Close

New years is just a WEEK away! What has become of this past year? I have noticed that blogging seems to be a thing of the past. Blogging buddies have been dropping like flies. Even I, myself have only made a couple of posts this year- barely two per month.

On a lighter note, this year has been filled with many ups and downs. The year started out well. It was filled with friends and flings and good TV. Winter was light and rainy, but the storms of spring swept on in. Barely getting through my Spanish class, I jumped on into my online classes. I liked those, but I really needed interaction, especially after that horrible relationship that I just got out of (that I didn’t want to be in to start out with. hehe). I pulled through though, with my new friend Kristine and the dwindling Nina. As summer swung round, I needed change. My hair was a horrible color for who knows how long and my birthday was a disaster. But, summer came and went and the winds of autumn blew in. Football games (with my newer friend Maggie), Halloween, and the horrid doctor visits filled my time. My classes were fairly enjoyable, but painful at the same time. After all this time had flown by... It was finally December.

Christmas Melodies could be heard in every corner of the city, the shopping rush had begun, and there was that holiday grin on my face. There was no mistaking it... Christmas was drawing near.

A small surgical procedure put a damper on my holiday spirit during the first week of the month. Since I had been sick for who knows how long and it had gotten worse in the past few months, I was scheduled to have a camera shoved down my throat. This camera would find any esophagus cancer, ulcer, or otherwise harmful instance in my upper digestive system. Well, it turns out that the doctor found nothing and I was then scheduled for a CT (CAT scan). When I went back to get my results the following week, I was not surprised to hear that there didn’t appear to be anything wrong with my digestive system from the images. On the other hand, I was informed that a disc between my vertebras was ruptured. Thus, I will be heading to a different doctor for that soon. I am all good though, very happy indeed.

School turned out well for the quarter and I have now applied for UW and WSU. I may possibly still apply at central, but it’s not very likely. hehe.

My friend Sarah Pletcher has been getting better (have been sick as long as I have) and we have been spending a lot of time together. It has been quite a lot of fun, but most of all, I got a hott guy out of it. He didn’t stay long, but it was funn. His name was Graham and he was quite the hottie (with a VERY hawt body). He was soo nice and sweet (not to mention a pretty good kisser and very comfortable. hehe). But, he would have to go to school soon and stuff like that, so our funn didnt last too long.

Andrew has finally moved out too. He lives in Puyallup like a couple blocks from the fairgrounds. I think I will have to go up there for a party really soon. It will be funn!

For Christmas I finally got my laptop (just like the one I was going to buy like a week ago, so I’m glad I waited.) its pretty cool and very lightweight. I feel as though I’m going to break it. hehe.

New years is just days away and I want this year to start off with a BANG! I'm hoping to have someone to kiss at midnight (maybe with a little more help from Sarah and her friends. hehe) and party it up with NENA! All looks bright this year. I am graduating, moving out, and hopefully making out. hehe. My freedom is almost upon me. I can almost feel the wake of the storm that I get to sail through and my veins are filled with excitement.

Somehow I have survived the holidays with out gaining massive amounts of weight. In fact, two days before Christmas, I weighed in as my lightest ever. It was pretty awesome. Now I get to lose the couple pounds I gained this weekend. hehe. That should be pretty easy with the busy week I have ahead of me - working, visiting friends, and shopping. whoohooo! I’m super happy. But, then again, I have been for the last couple months.

I am hoping that in January I can get football started again and make it work this time. That would be really awesome. but, I just have to take it one day at a time. HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!
