Monday was the start of a new semester for me at school, my last "high school" semester. I have three new teachers:
HOWARD: I think he is a bit odd. He has a "bald" head and this HUGE beard. His beard isnt shapped like a normal beard either. It is like a trapaziod. Its weird. He seems like a pretty good teacher though.
HANSEN: This would be my brothers friend's mother. She has a high pitched almost "sqeaky" voice. She seems nice, despite her voice.
TWARDO: a.k.a. Twardoski, he is a cool dude. He is as cool as "The Dude." He is a fun teacher and is really nice.
On Monday, Mr. Howard had us "make rules" for our homework. Now this is a hard task for me, for i am not a second grader. There were like 6 different catergories and we had to make 2 rules per catergory. One of the catergories was like "rules about fairness or emulation" or somethign like that. i couldnt think of anything good, so i wrote "It should be enacted that no rule shall be passed regulating 'special treatment'." I thought it was great. For the catergory of "rules concerning safety" i put "No running in the halls." I thought that one was great too.
Yesterday in Twardo's class, we played the little game where you are in a circle, and you hold onto two other peoples hands, and then you have to untangle yourselves without letting go of the other peoples hands. It was kinda fun, at least for class.
Today in Twardo's class, he placed two desks in the middle of the room. He told all of us to go to one side of the desks. Then he told us that all of us had to get to the other side of the desks, but we couldnt go around them, under them, or touch them. We had to go over them. When ever someone would touch the desk, we had to restart. The first time i had to go over, i stepped on peoples hands and walked onto other peoples hands. It was scary because i thought i was gonna fall. The second and third times i went over, the people picked me up and passed me to people on the other side of the desks. The last two times were scary, because i weigh quite a bit and i thought the people were gonna drop me. I was alright in the end.
I started the semester in my french class, but today i got switched into Photo 2! I was really happy about this. I really like photography, it is really fun. So i am 2 days behind, but i didnt really miss much.
On friday, X-5 is having a "casino party" or something like that. So, I get to babysit on friday. I'm not sure if i am babysitting just Sarah, or Sarah and Boedy and Brooklyn and Blake.
Also on friday, i am going to decide on the classes i am going to take at the college. What fun! There are a bunch of classes i want to take, it is going to be hard to decide.
State Quals for Debate are next Tuesday, and Danni and i havent practiced "Rumpled Turkey"
in SOOOO long. So, this weekend we get to practice a lot. I really hope we make state!
I have to take a whole roll of film this weekend on one subject. I have no idea what i am going to use! The object needs to be versital. I have to take it from different angles and such. For a different photography project, i basically did the same thing, just not a whole roll of the same thing, with Mountain Dew. The pictures came out looking awesome. My teacher even borrowed them to take slides of to show other classes. I dont want to replicate those pictures though, so i am going to pick a different object. With the Mountain Dew, i took different angles of the can and i took pictures of it being poured into a glass. Maybe i will scan them and put them on the internet, maybe not. hehehe. So, if anyone has any ideas of an object i can take pictures of, that would be great!
