~ There is no way my luck is that bad!

Today I went to the mall. The last store we went into was Old Navy because Sarah and I had some time to waste. Sarah picked out this shirt that said something like "I'm not going to do my homework tonight." A little sign said it was $8, so I told Sarah she could get it. I found this really cool leather belt and the sign said "Striped belts 2 for $10 and others $7.99 - $9.99." I was like, ok, I will get the belt because I need a new one. We stand behind these people at the one register that was open and they take twenty minutes to buy 3 things. We get up to the register and I checked to see if I had enough. I decided I probablly did and gave the lady our stuff. The belt rang up as $20 and I told her the sign said it was on sale. She told me that all the other belts, but the one I picked out were on sale. This made no sense because there were at least fifteen of the same belt on the rack, so its not like someone just left it there. I didnt have enough to get the belt so I told her I just wouldnt get it. She rang up the shirt and it rang up as like $13. I told her the sign said eight and she was like too bad. I think the lady just didnt like me for some reason. I didnt do anything to her.

We went to The Children's Place and looked around. The biggest size they have is a 14, but I tried on a shirt and some pants anyways. I was surprised, but they fit. We were going to get somewhat matching outfits but we couldnt find anything cool, except for the pants, but those were 2 for $25 and we still needed the rest of our outfits and to get lunch. I will have to go back and get them when I bring more money to the mall.

I finally saw Spider-man 2 today. It was a great movie. It was really sad. It was just about as sad as Titanic. (in a different way) It's not a good movie for kids. My sister is eight and she was scared. There are a lot of fight scenes that are very similar, but it doesnt take away from the movie much at all. The cinematography was really good. I would definately go see it, if you havent.

I watched a ten minute scene from I, Robot yesterday. I also got to watch a clip from another scene. Before I saw them, I didnt know if I wanted to see the movie. I was on the boarderline. I thought if I saw the movie it would probablly be good and I would enjoy it, but I might have been able to wait until it came out on DVD. But then again, if I didnt go see it, it would have been one of the great movies that I miss out seeing in the theaters. This is precisely why I think that movies should come out on DVD before they come out in theaters, but that would screw the movie industry. DAMN! After I saw the clips, I decided I had to see the movie, But I'm not going to wait to see the movie. I am going to see it friday, the day it opens here. It looks like it could be the greatest movie of the summer. That and The Bourne Supremacy. I cant wait to see both of those.

I also watched the show The Assistant (Ass-istant) yesterday. Its Andy Dicks new reality show. It is halarious. It is a mixture of all the reality shows put together. (kinda) He Eliminates people whenever he wants and he apparently has one of the people shave his ass in a later episode. hehe. He gave all the contestants a big book and told them it would be helpful. Then they all played "Who Wants to be Andy Dick's Assistant." It is a great show. Its on MTV at 10:30 on Mondays.

Sarah got some fish. Yesterday we went to the pet store and looked at fish and fishtanks and everything. When we were looking at the fish, there was this one that was just floating there, barely alive. (it was still breathing) This other fish came up to it and started eating it. It was so nasty. It made me wanna yak. Then I saw this other fish and one of its eyeballs was detatched. It was sick. UGH! I dont like fish and after yesterday, I really didnt like fish. We got the supplies yesterday and today we got the fish. We ended up getting three neon tetras (or something like that) and two water frogs. Sarah really likes Sponge Bob and I told her that she should have done her whole fish tank in a Sponge Bob theme. Of course she didnt listen and everybody else keeps telling her that she should have too. Too Bad, So Sad!

My dad told Sarah she could get fish, so she got fish. My mother and I want a dog and my dad says we cant have a dog. Well I dont care what my dad says, we're gonna get a damn dog. We found one too. We were going to go look at it today, but we got busy, so we are going to go see it on Friday. It is a female jack russel terrier (the kind we want) and its 9 months old. The lady doesnt have time for the dog anymore, so she has to sell it. I want it and if I like it I am going to get it.

I got the book Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris Amazon US|Amazon UK at the store yesterday. Stella recommended it. So far it is a great book. It is about events in his life and it pretty funny. I would definately recommend it to anyone.

I have been looking for a car, because I need one. I will have to drive to school starting in late September. I am also working on getting a job, so I will have to drive to work. My search hasnt come along too well, especially because of my dad. First he said I couldnt get a car and now he is saying that he will only buy a car that is less than three grand. Well there isnt much out there at the moment that is for less than three grand. I did find a '98 mustang that I believe was a convertable for four grand. The people never called me back though. Most of the cars that are under three grand are either really nasty, a stick, or both. This is not working out very well and I am tired of searching.

My birthday is in 20 days! YAY! I still havent thought of a unique party idea. Personally, I think it would be cool if someone threw me a surprise party, but there isnt the slightest chance of that happening. Maybe I will just rent the pool or something. I dont feel like going swimming though. I look really bad in a bathing suit. I found the perfect bathing suit today. It was light blue with white polka dots. The store sold separates, but they only had like an XL in the bottoms and that just doesnt work for me. Too Bad, So Sad! I could have a luau, I guess. I dunno. UPDATE!!!

I thought up an idea for my party all on my own. I could have a reality tv show party. I would be the host and everyone else would be the contestants. After the first like hour or two, you have to start voting people off like every half hour (or be like Andy Dick and vote people off whenever I want to.) The people would go home (or join the jury, but not participate in the "games".) Since I am the host, I cannot be voted off. I think I like this idea. Then I could have a challenge that represents each of the major shows. That would be great.
